Refund policy
These terms apply to purchases from erocult.com, operated by Kingsreach UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Friedrichstraße 155, 10117 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us").
Your statutory right to cancel (14 days) If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise it, contact us at info@erocult.com with a clear statement of your decision before the 14 days expire.
If you cancel, we refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you've sent them). We refund using your original payment method at no fee to you. You are responsible for return postage and must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Exceptions / non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be cancelled or returned once the hygiene seal, sticker, or protective film has been removed:
- Undergarments and lingerie
- Bodysuits and bodystockings
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Any other intimate apparel
Always try briefs on over your own underwear. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or unsealed.
The following are also non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Sale items

Our voluntary 30-day return policy Beyond your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill return window for items you've simply changed your mind about. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with its hygiene seal intact, and in original packaging with tags. Contact info@erocult.com to start a return. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted. A £5 processing fee applies to goodwill returns (this fee never applies to statutory cancellations or faulty goods).
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at info@erocult.com. Where an item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund including all postage, and we cover the cost of return — no processing fee applies.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Statutory cancellations are refunded within 14 days; goodwill returns within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
